We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please review our policy regarding course cancellations and refunds below:
Notification Period:
At least 30 days before the course start date:
You may choose either a refund of your course fee, minus an administrative fee of IDR 1,000,000, or a credit for the full amount paid, which can be applied to a future course organized by TSI.
14-30 days before the course start date:
You are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee. Please note that if you have paid less than 50% of the total course fee, no refund will be issued.
Within 14 days of the course start date:
Refunds and credits are not available.
